Season 3 Team Icons


These icons will be sold on the store for 250 RP. We don't have any other info on these Icons yet, and don't know if the teams will possibly get a cut or not. We will have to wait for Riots official word on the subject

And yes, there is a rev split. 20% of the revenue to the team, and the rest used for esports (prizes, venues, video, etc)

We are working with other regions/teams/leagues to get the icons in from around the globe. We have to work out details with them.

Summoners,

In celebration of esports, we're testing a new feature on the PBE that will allow you to show support for your favorite team by grabbing an official team logo Summoner Icon for any of the North American and European LCS teams in the Summer Split.

These icons will be available in the live store shortly after Patch 3.9 until the end of the Summer Split for 250 RP, and are permanently added to your account.

In addition to the new icons, we're testing some new tech that helps you show off your team pride: all Summoner Iconsincluding the new esports team iconswill be shown on the loading screen before each match.

As with any feature on the PBE, we're looking for your feedback, so let us know what you think and we'll see you rocking some sweet new flair on the Fields of Justice.
